Shipping

All CAD pieces are handmade to order and dispatched within 5–7 working days. Orders are shipped via tracked courier from Palma, Spain. Delivery times vary by destination — typically 3–5 days within Europe.

Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless an item arrives damaged or defective. If you have a concern, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at order@carlosalexejdesign.com and we will do our best to resolve it. Bespoke & commissioned pieces are non-refundable.
